Today started with the brilliantly named Bumblehole lock.
Straight after we were in the Bratch staircase. Yesterday’s staircase, earlier this week this unfortunate hire boat got the order of gate and paddles so wrong and ended up like this:
Luckily our journey through Botterham and Bratch went very smoothly and here are some pics while i was onboard going through.
Followed by a lovely day off visiting the National Trust’s Wightwick Manor and a catch up with a friend, Spot, in the local pub, Perfect!
